Freight acceptance
Freight acceptance is subject to dimensions, weight, handling requirements, dangerous goods restrictions and vehicle availability.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once accepted by VGP Logistics. Cancellations or changes should be advised as early as possible; charges may apply where a vehicle has been dispatched.
Liability
Liability is limited in accordance with our transport policies and applicable Australian law. Adequate packaging remains the responsibility of the sender.
